Medical Forms
Medical forms are required by the Boy Scouts of America just in case something happens. All members should have at least a Class 1 medical history on file (this is good for anything under 72 hours). However, if you plan on doing anything over 72 hours, then look at Class 2 and Class 3 forms (both require physical examinations).
  • Medical Exam, Class 1 and 2 (on same form) - Class 1 Annual, Class 2 every three years. Good for youth and adults under 40 for activities. Cannot be used for Adventure Bases or Jamborees (use Class 3).
  • Medical Exam, Class 3 - Annual; For all Class 3 activities and all adults over age 40.

Tour Permits
Tour permits are required for any excursion that your unit may go on. Select the one that is for you from below and be sure to allow enough time for the council service center to process them!

Rules and Regulations
Rules are made for the safety of campers, protection of equipment, and to provide fairness to all. The basic rules governing Camp Lowden are the Scout Oath and the Scout Law. To avoid any misunderstanding, the following also apply at Camp Lowden. Unit leaders are responsible for ensuring that each camper is aware of these rules, and are asked to remind those who are observed in violation to cease such conduct.
