The water is a Scout's favorite area. Summer camp in Illinois can be a very hot affair and Camp Lowden's 125,000-gallon swimming pool is a real bonus. |
| The pool is home to Swimming and Lifesaving merit badge instruction as well as swim tests, First Class advancement swimming, basic swimming skills instruction, and recreational swimming activities. Scouts will need extra towels, long-sleeve button shirt, sneakers, sweatshirt, long pants and a belt. Be sure the parents of your Scouts know all of these clothes will get wet! |
