Scouts BSA Program
This Scouting experience is for youth 11 to 17 years old. Service, community engagement and leadership development become increasingly important parts of the program as youth lead their own activities and work their way toward earning Scouting’s highest rank, Eagle Scout.
Camp Lowden makes it easy to maximize the achievements of each Troop, Pack, and Scout. Merit Badges, Cub Scout Shooting Sports, ATV training, and more. Scouts and units may choose to camp overnight at Camp Lowden and take advantage of night hikes.
Skilled Trades Program
Explore potential career choices and hobbies with ten skilled trades merit badges.
Automotive Maintenance, Composite Materials, Drafting, Electricity, Graphic Arts, Home Repair, Metalwork, Painting, Plumbing, and Welding.
Trail To Eagle
Work on selected general merit badges as well as those required to attain Eagle Rank. (Citizenship in the Nation, Citizenship in Society, Communication, Emergency Preparedness, First Aid, Personal Fitness). Each registration includes lunch and selection up to two merit badges.
Shooting Sports
Head out to camp to learn how to shoot BB Guns & Archery. Each session for Cub Scouts has a morning or an afternoon sign-up. Eight station rifle range, single station shotgun range, 2 station tomahawk range, and an eight station archery range.
ATV Safety Course
Our trail ride is over 40 acres through forest areas where you will learn how to maneuver obstacles and different terrains for completing the Safety Institute Riding Course.

Nine merit badges to help you become acquainted with outdoor activities.
